Where we ship
We ship across New Zealand, to Australia, and internationally.
Shipping costs
- New Zealand standard: NZ$8
- New Zealand rural: NZ$12
- Australia: NZ$12
- International: NZ$20
- Free NZ shipping on orders over $100.
- From time to time we run free-shipping promotions. Any active promotion is applied automatically at checkout.
Dispatch
Orders are packed and dispatched from New Zealand within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Every order goes by tracked courier, and you'll get an email with your tracking link as soon as it's on its way.
Delivery times
- New Zealand urban addresses: usually 1–3 business days after dispatch.
- New Zealand rural addresses: allow an extra 1–2 business days.
- Australia and international: delivery times vary by destination. Your tracking link shows your parcel's progress the whole way.
Duties and taxes (outside New Zealand)
Orders sent outside New Zealand may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are set by that country, not by us, and are the customer's responsibility.
Addresses
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we'll try to fix it before dispatch. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address supplied at checkout.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your tracking hasn't moved for 5 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email hello@squareeyesvision.com with your order number (and a photo if it's damaged). We'll work with the courier and make sure you're looked after.
