RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want your kid to love their Square Eyes. If they don't, here's how we'll make it right.

60-day fit & comfort exchange
Kids' faces are all different. If the fit or feel isn't right for your child within 60 days of delivery, we'll exchange them for a different frame. The pair just needs to be in good condition and sent back in its case. You cover the cost of returning the original pair to us, and we'll cover the cost of sending your replacement pair.

30-day change-of-mind returns
Changed your mind? You can return any pair within 30 days of delivery for a refund, as long as it's unworn (tried on at home is fine), undamaged, and in its original case and packaging.

  • We'll refund the price of the frames to your original payment method within 5 business days of the return reaching us.
  • Original shipping costs aren't refundable.
  • Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by you. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for returns lost on the way back to us.

Faulty or damaged pairs
If something's wrong with your pair when it arrives, or a fault appears that shouldn't have, email us a photo and we'll sort it: a repair, a replacement or a refund. We cover the return postage for faulty items.

Giveaway, gifted and sample pairs
Giveaway prizes and gifted or sample pairs can't be returned or exchanged for change of mind or fit. This doesn't affect your rights if a pair has a genuine fault. Those are covered under the Consumer Guarantees Act like any other pair.

Everyday wear and tear
Damage from normal kid life (drops, sitting on them, the dog) isn't covered as a fault. Get in touch anyway, as we'll always try to help.

How to start a return or exchange
Email hello@squareeyesvision.com with your order number and whether you'd like an exchange or a refund. We'll reply within 2 business days with the return address and next steps. Please don't send anything back before hearing from us.

Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
